Recover jams

When the Jam Recovery feature is turned on, the product reprints any pages that are damaged during a jam.

Use HP ToolboxFX to turn on the Jam Recovery feature.

1.
Open HP ToolboxFX. See HP ToolboxFX.

Click the Device Settings folder, and then click System Setup.

Next to Jam Recovery, select On from the drop-down list.
